Chef Green & Co is a conscious food company created by Anthony and his wife Tanya to bring people together through food. In addition to our famous Uncle Bere’s Jamaican jerk marinade products, Chef Green & Co also offers private or public cooking classes and private chef services. Using locally-sourced ingredients, Chef Green & Co works every day to build community, give back, and spread the gift of cooking to others.
